Michael Brousseau – Vice President of Product & Engineering
Michael Brousseau serves as VP of Product & Engineering, bringing more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications and technology. Prior to joining Celito, he was Senior Director of Solutions Engineering at Pindrop, a leading voice intelligence and security company, where he led the global solutions team to drive customer-focused technical strategy.
Early in his career, Michael spent 10 years building a global telecom and data network spanning 23 countries. He later served a range of senior technical and leadership roles that collectively shaped his broad and practical expertise. Notably, he was a key member of the engineering team responsible for launching the first commercial Cisco BroadSoft network in the United States.

Dan Harrington – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Dan Harrington serves as Chief Financial Officer at Celito, bringing more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategic growth. Prior to joining Celito, he was Vice President of Finance at Thrive, a subscription-based MSSP, where he led a global finance team overseeing multi-country statutory reporting, U.S. GAAP consolidation, and large-scale M&A initiatives. Dan managed purchase accounting, valuations, and integrations across 22 acquisitions, and played a key role in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, including recapitalizations in 2021 and 2025.
Dan began his career in public accounting, spending eight years on the audit team at a regional firm later acquired by Grant Thornton. He later served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Beacon Mutual before joining Thrive. At Celito, Dan is focused on financial stewardship, long-term planning, and building a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

With a background rooted in go-to-market strategy, sales leadership, and customer-centric growth, Merrick is focused on strengthening Celito’s culture, expanding its impact, and delivering exceptional experiences for clients.
Prior to joining Celito, Merrick held senior leadership roles across consulting, managed services, and SaaS organizations. Most recently, he spent over seven years at Bandwidth in various leadership positions, where he transformed the enterprise business unit—growing it from $4 million to a projected $70 million in revenue by 2026 and making it the company’s fastest-growing and most profitable division. Throughout his career, Merrick has been driven by developing talent, fostering collaboration, and building teams that win together.
