Position summary:
Celito Communications is looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to manage client accounts, while building relationships and expanding sales within the framework of our core product offerings.
You will be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our Client Data Base, as renewing existing Clients, while asking for referrals and bringing new clients into the client infrastructure.
Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle from discussion to quoting and closing the sale
- Negotiate agreements to keep clients under contract
- Respond to issues and resolve to the clients satisfaction
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize client loyalty
- Uncover new sales opportunities through networking and referrals and turn them into long term partnerships
- Assist outside sales team with quotes and contract generation, as needed
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients
- Work closely with System Admins to head up Annual Account Reviews/Audits
- Gain good understanding of our VoIP system to be able to demo and close contracts
- Learn, Expand and Grow Knowledge base of our Internet, Voice, Consulting & Colocation process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Salesforce experience required
- 3 years of Account Management and Sales experience required
- Organization & Documentation skills are essential
- Outstanding Communication and Professional Appearance
- Ability to make cold calls to build sales pipelines
- Time Management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and client responsibilities
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Excellent team player willing to cultivate and share ideas on growth and development
- Experience with closing sales contracts
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
