Position summary:

VoIP Technicians are a key member of our celito team as they provide design assistance, configuration, and deployment for all celito voice clients. VoIP Technicians have a pivotal role in ensuring our continued success as they are responsible for maintaining celito’s voice product. VoIP Technicians must provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and response times.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  1. Install, configure, and maintain our enterprise VoIP system for hosted voice clients
  2. Work closely with Project Management to design and implement each client’s requirements for their phones
  3. Work directly with level 1 voice technicians as escalation point
  4. Research, respond, and resolve client questions or issues via phone or email with a high degree of courtesy
  5. Analyze logs and review monitoring systems to identify any potential issues
  6. Train and mentor other members of the voice team
  7. Write detailed documentation of procedures and keep them updated as processes change
  8. Build meaningful and valued relationships with clients and team members
  9. Maintain knowledge of latest technology and trends


  1. Knowledge of VoIP technologies; primarily SIP
  2. Experience working with phone systems
  3. A broad knowledge of network communications
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  5. A strong work ethic with the ability to think and react quickly while working independently, as well as a member of a team
  6. Clean background check and driving record
  7. Associate or bachelor’s degree desirable
