Position summary:

Helpdesk Technicians are key members of our celito team as they provide technical support for managed services, voice, and internet clients. Helpdesk Technicians play a pivotal role in ensuring our continued success as they are the front-line support for celito’s clients. Helpdesk Technicians must maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and response times.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

1. Working within our ticketing system to create, update, escalate, and close service requests from customers.

2. Accurately reporting time spent on cases through our ticketing system.

3. Working with customers to resolve PC, server, application, or network issues in person or over the phone.

4. Working with Systems Administrators to resolve escalated internal or customer issues.

5. Working with third party vendors to resolve internal or customer issues.

6. Referencing, updating, or creating network documentation for celito or celito customers.

7. Monitoring, resolving, or responding to system alerts from our central monitoring platform.

8. Working with team members to install computer or network hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, backup appliances, servers, switches, and access points.

Requirements:

1. Excellent customer service skills.

2. Ability to manage diverse workload with ever-changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

3. Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems as they’re used in small and medium business environments. These include Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10.

3. Working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems as they’re used in small and medium business environments. These include Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019.

4. Strong working knowledge of PC and laptop hardware.

5. Basic understanding of small business networking technologies including routing, switching, and wireless networking.

6. Basic understanding of internet, e-mail and related technologies, and DNS concepts.

7. Impeccable oral and written communication skills

Position summary:

We are looking for someone with the drive, motivation, and creativity for this Marketing and Communications Manager role. We need an expert who takes responsibility for overall marketing results related to celito. The Marketing and Communications Manager oversees marketing efforts to strengthen celito’s market position and achieve desired business growth.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

· Take responsibility for Annual Marketing plans, strategy, and team results

· Identify, execute and drive impactful marketing strategies/materials

· Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team once growth is established

· Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads

· Create and maintain website design and graphics with blog posts and status updates

Position summary:

This position is a lead technical support role working with a team of Help Desk Technicians, Desktop onsite Technicians and Network Engineers. This role may participate in pre-sale activities in support of server and storage solutions as well as back end technical support.

This position requires excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Primary responsibilities and Duties

1. Extensive experience deploying, maintaining, and customizing Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Azure and Office365 environments

2. Experience implementing and maintaining SAN

3. Printer management

4. Implementation of computer, network, storage, and managed services

5. Design, implementation, and upkeep of client networks

6. Tier II and III remote user support

7. Experience implementing and maintaining VMware environments

8. Create and maintain client documentation

9. Interact with client’s personnel to ensure smooth operations

10. Monitor system performance to prevent slowdown and downtime

11. Provide mentoring, guidance, and professional development support to Helpdesk staff

12. Maintain ongoing communications with support staff and client regarding application issue resolutions

13. Work with support staff for custom software that clients run in their environment

14. Be able to effectively take client technical priorities and design reliable, high quality solutions

15. Able to work from oral and written instructions, make decisions independently, and take responsibility for them

16. Able to handle multiple priorities, work accurately, work under pressure, and respond quickly to tight deadlines

17. Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and in speaking, with customers, co-workers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree required

2. MSP experience preferred

3. Minimum 5 years of IT experience with a strong understanding of computer, server, backup / replication, virtualization, and network infrastructure

4. Experience with remote monitoring and management tools, preferably SolarWinds

5. Ability to manage a variety of IT infrastructures including Switches, Storage devices, Routers, Firewalls, Servers, Workstations, and mobile devices.

6. Cloud- Azure & O365 (migration & management experience preferred)

7. SAN/Storage- Dell preferred

Position summary:

VoIP Technicians are a key member of our celito team as they provide design assistance, configuration, and deployment for all celito voice clients. VoIP Technicians have a pivotal role in ensuring our continued success as they are responsible for maintaining celito’s voice product. VoIP Technicians must provide the highest level of customer satisfaction and response times.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  1. Install, configure, and maintain our enterprise VoIP system for hosted voice clients
  2. Work closely with Project Management to design and implement each client’s requirements for their phones
  3. Work directly with level 1 voice technicians as escalation point
  4. Research, respond, and resolve client questions or issues via phone or email with a high degree of courtesy
  5. Analyze logs and review monitoring systems to identify any potential issues
  6. Train and mentor other members of the voice team
  7. Write detailed documentation of procedures and keep them updated as processes change
  8. Build meaningful and valued relationships with clients and team members
  9. Maintain knowledge of latest technology and trends

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of VoIP technologies; primarily SIP
  2. Experience working with phone systems
  3. A broad knowledge of network communications
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  5. A strong work ethic with the ability to think and react quickly while working independently, as well as a member of a team
