Help Desk Technical Support


Researches, resolves and responds to client questions or problems.
Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes.
Coordinates referrals to appropriate senior techs for onsite problem resolution.
Provides a high degree of courteous and helpful customer service at all times.
Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Liaison with user to ensure that requests or problem reports have been satisfactorily handled.
Assists with phone install preparation.
Maintains product inventory and receiving area
Maintains orderliness of tech services area and data center
Reports time and client tickets in Autotask
Holds celito’s core values
