Position: Business Development Associate
Drive sales and create demand throughout North Carolina for celito’s services.
The External Sales seat (Business Development Associate) is responsible for prospecting and bringing in all new business to celito. From cold calling, face to face meetings, and conference calls, external sales should be constantly in contact with potential clients to keep their pipeline of potential sales full in order to meet their weekly sales call numbers and their quarterly and yearly sales revenue goals. External sales should be highly skilled in market research as it relates to their territory as well as overcoming objections and closing sales. Team Player with excellent independent skills.
Meet/Exceed quarterly sales quota
Maintain pipeline with 30/60/90 day targets
Update sales manager
Complete outlined daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales responsibilities
Participate in community organizations and sales training
Represent celito at off-site events
