  1. Route all non-system down requests by emailing support@celito.net.  Provide as many details as possible regarding your issue.

  2. Requests in the support queue will be worked on in the order in which they are received.

  3. Or submit a ticket through your client portal ticket system.  If you do not yet have access to your client portal system, send an email to support@celito.net to request instructions.
