Position summary:

Client Success Managers are key members of our celito team as primary client contacts helping ensure client satisfaction and retention. Client Success Managers have a pivotal role in ensuring our continued success and growth by interacting with our entire organization from assisting with new client acquisition to working with the technology team and engineers to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and response times.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  1. Establish relationships with current customers.
  2. Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
  3. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
  4. Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
  5. Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.
  6. Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  7. Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers.
  8. Draft and deliver proposals.
  9. Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements.
  10. Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
  11. Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.
  12. Report on sales activity through Salesforce and in weekly team updates.
  13. Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.
  14. Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.
  15. Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems.
  16. Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers.
  17. Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
  18. Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation.
  19. Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
  20. Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to develop and improve sales tools.
  21. Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
  22. Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  1. A strong, professional Outside Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience.
  2. A self-driven individual that can manage oneself while maintaining their integrity.
  3. One who excels in relationship building, communication and problem solving, while illustrating critical thinking and maintaining a proactive/positive attitude.
  4. Someone accustomed to or comfortable working directly with business owners, C-Level and other professionals.
  5. Someone who wants to fill a significant role within the company and not just be an anonymous player.
  6. Must have a Hunter mentality and demonstrate proven ability to close sales.
  7. Solid understanding of current technologies with solid computer skills is a must.
  8. Bachelors Degree required.
  9. Valid US drivers license and reliable transportation required.
  10. Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.

Celito is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our technical team!

Position summary:

Helpdesk Technicians are key members of our celito team as they provide technical support for managed services clients, voice clients, and internet clients. Helpdesk Technicians have a pivotal role in ensuring our continued success as they are the front-line support for celito’s clients. Helpdesk Technicians must maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and response times.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  1. Working within our ticketing system to create, update, escalate, and close service requests from customers.
  2. Accurately reporting time spent on cases through our ticketing system.
  3. Working with customers to resolve PC, server, application, or network issues in person or over the phone.
  4. Working with Systems Administrators to resolve escalated internal or customer issues.
  5. Working with third party vendors to resolve internal or customer issues.
  6. Referencing, updating, or creating network documentation for celito or celito customers.
  7. Monitoring, resolving, or responding to system alerts from our central monitoring platform.
  8. Working with team members to install computer or network hardware such as PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, backup appliances, servers, switches, and access points.

Requirements:

  1. Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems as they’re used in small and medium business environments. These include Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10.
  2. Working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems as they’re used in small and medium business environments. These include Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and 2012 R2.
  3. Strong working knowledge of PC and laptop hardware.
  4. Basic understanding of small business networking technologies including routing, switching, and wireless networking.
  5. Basic understanding of internet, e-mail and related technologies, and DNS concepts.
  6. Strong customer service skills.
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  8. Clean background check and driving record.
  9. High school degree required and Associate or Bachelor degree desirable.
