Position: Account Manager

 

Position Summary

The Account Manager is a key member of our celito team as the primary client contact, helping ensure client satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager maintains the highest levels of customer satisfaction and response times by interacting with our entire organization, from assisting with new client acquisition to working with the technology team and engineers.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Manage and maintain assigned accounts including hardware and software quotes, responding to any questions or concerns within 24 hours, upsell clients for additional upgraded or new services
• Assist the Business Development team with new client acquisition
• Maintain up-to-date information in Salesforce
• Meet or exceed metrics including client satisfaction, account retention, contract renewals
• Work closely with President/CEO on new sales opportunities

Requirements

• An extraordinary work ethic, with the ability to think quickly on your feet
• The ability to make an impact on key decision makers
• Tech-savvy with solid computer skills is a must
• At least two years of prior experience in account management for a technology company is a huge plus!
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Valid US drivers license and reliable transportation required
• Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
