We believe it is important to support veterans, members of the military, and their families. We were proud to be involved with the NC State Military Appreciation Day on November 21st. Their football team won against Syracuse at Carter-Finley Stadium.

Here are some highlights from the NC State Military Appreciation Day 2015

  • The Bandit Flight Team performed a pregame flyover, presented by celito!
  • Through Adopt-a-Serviceperson, supporters purchased tickets for military members and their families.
  • NC Packs 4 Patriots collected items to include in care packages for troops.
  • 82nd Airborne Chorus gave a pregame performance.
  • Wounded Warriors participated in the Walk of Champions. Each military branch was represented during the team entrance.
  • Military members were recognized during the coin toss and timeouts.
  • NC State players wore their new #IRONWOLF uniforms, which were created to honor those who serve in the military. NC State coach Dave Doeren shares how the #IRONWOLF uniform was designed. The name came from the Wolfpack slogan “Iron Sharpens Iron.”
